ALEXANDRIA LITTLE LEAGUE (ALL) 2022 FALL SEASON!
Baseball & Softball
The fall season runs from late August through October, and ALL has divisions to meet every age - whether your player is just starting out or has been playing for a few years. A few things to remember:
- Registration closes on August 20.
- Teams will be formed the last week of August.
- Practices will start during the last week of August.
- Games are scheduled to kick off the 2nd week of September.
- Teams typically practice twice a week during the season.
- Teams play two games a week; one weeknight game and one weekend game.
- Baseball Intermediate, Majors, Minors, AAA, and AA games will all be played in Alexandria.
- Baseball Juniors and Seniors will have weekday games at home and weekend games throughout the Northern Virginia Area.
- Softball games will be played in Alexandria and against neighboring Little Leagues throughout the Northern Virginia Area.
Registration
REGISTRATION IS BASED ON AGE GROUP. Baseball ages use an August 31 cutoff. Softball uses a December 31 cutoff. We have two registration age groups for each sport:
Baseball
- Baseball 8-13 year olds (small fields),
- Baseball 14-16 year olds (big field)

Softball
- Softball 6-12 year olds (Minors, Majors)
- Softball 13-18 year olds (Juniors, Seniors)

Fall League Baseball Divisions
Alexandria Little League tentatively plans to organize the baseball league into the following divisions for this season. This plan is subject to change based on registration numbers and safety factors related to COVID-19.

Fall League Softball Divisions
The divisions for our fall season of softball will be dependent on the number of girls who register by mid-August. Teams will be formed based on age and experience. It is our expectation that we will play interleague games against neighboring Little Leagues with softball programs.
Fall League Baseball Fees
Fees are based on the costs of running the divisions and the age of the players playing in those divisions.

No player will be denied the opportunity to participate based on these fees. Scholarships are available and families qualifying for free or reduced school lunch should contact the President, Player Agents and/or Treasurer to make alternative arrangements. Also, you may click here to complete the online scholarship form.
Families with outstanding fee balances must resolve such with the league in order to register.
* If you register after August 20 you will be put on a waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be enrolled with a $25 late fee.
